Zomerretraite Wake Up

Dear friends, We have a Summer Retreat from Wednesday 1st of July to Sunday 5th of July! This 5-day mindfulness retreat will be a beautiful journey into the deeper layers of your being. We will meditate, move, share, sing and dance together. It will be a time to nourish yourself by slowing down, connecting and opening up. The retreat welcomes beginners in meditation and mindfulness.

♡ LANGUAGE
Most plenary sessions will be offered in English, to foster inclusiveness. After all we are part of the international Wake Up community! In the case a plenary session is in Dutch, we will offer translation into English. Additionally, we offer both English and Dutch-spoken sharing groups. So there is plenty of opportunity to speak in Dutch!

♡ LOCATION
Venue: IVN Veldhoeve, Orvelte, Drenthe.
We are welcomed for the first time in this farm and group accommodation located in the countryside of Drenthe with the perfect atmosphere and nature just outside the door.

♡ NOURISHMENT

♡ TICKETS
All tickets are dormitory tickets. The dormitories have room for maximum of 6 to 7 people and are divided by female, male or non-binary identifying people. Bedlinnen is provided.

All tickets are €326.

If the price or the sleeping arrangements gives you reasons not to come, please send us a message at retraitewkup@gmail.com. We will do our best to help you and there are possibilities for funds through Stichting Leven in Aandacht. We can assist you in that. For the sleeping arrangements the options are limited, please first contact us before you book a ticket.
